In 2005, ZN House started with modular containers, determined to fill the market gap for high-quality, high-safety container houses, marking its entry into the container house manufacturing industry.

In 2018, ZN House moved into its first production facility, expanding its capacity to focus on the production and sales of containers made with modular units, and mobile container housing, participating in global container projects.

In 2019, ZN House secured its first order exceeding 10 million yuan.

In 2022, ZN House partnered with Qatar's largest construction company to supply over 1,000 flat-pack containers for the World Cup container fan village project.
ZN House expanded its operations, relocating to a second production facility with a manufacturing area of 30,000 square meters. Advanced equipment and fully automated production lines were introduced to meet growing customer demands.
ZN House achieved the milestone of completing 1,000 global projects, highlighted by a custom construction camp project in Australia.
Also in 2022, ZN House was entrusted by the World Bank to construct container schools for the Burkina Faso government, planting the seeds of hope for education in impoverished African regions.

In 2023, ZN House participated in Turkey's earthquake relief refugee camp project, providing essential infrastructure for affected communities.
Later, ZN House reached the landmark of 2,000 global projects, exemplified by a container commercial street project in Canada.

By 2024, after years of global trade experience, ZN House further enriched its product line, with over 2,500 completed projects. Its products are now exported to 50 countries, with more than 30 agents established across the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, the United States, Chile, and Malaysia.
